1Doc Tecnologia presents a new feature for you: our application focused on addressing demands.

The 1Doc Service app is designed to simplify the lives of citizens, taxpayers, companies, clients, and suppliers of Organizations that already utilize the 1Doc platform to optimize their internal processes: communication, service, and document management.

With the app, users can register and submit various requests that will be directly forwarded to those responsible. By using the app, there is no need to physically go to the Organization to file demands; everything is done online and at the end of the process, users can track the progress – all digitally and at no cost.

If you already have a 1Doc account in the Service Center of one of the Organizations using our platform and have acquired the app, simply provide your details to gain full access to requests.

Through our new topic selection screen, quickly find the type of request you wish to make, input the text, attach photos and other documents, and send them to the Organization. In a matter of minutes, you will receive an email confirming the opening of your request. From then on, updates will also be sent to your email address.
